We got up earlier than we wanted today, looking forward to getting home and wanted to avoid rush hour in Chicago if we could.

We deccided to try a different route, across on 24 to 57 to avoid the mess on 80.

It took 2.5 hours to get to 57, it was probably a mistake, whatever construction time it saved us we may have burned up on 24.

Once we were on 57 it was smooth sailing, we took it up to 159th and over a couple miles to the 294 entrance to avoid 80 altogether.

Took less than 4 ours mid-day from Kokomo to Mike's house.
