Stopped at
Smokey Mountain Knife
Works, they do have a lot of knives there for sure.
We checked out the museum and
the little theatre and looked in all the cases.
The car cut out once on the way,
after less than an hour of running, then it ran fine after a 5 minute
cool-down. I got the hood open just as it was dying and it looked like
fuel pressure might be the issue. I put in a can of injector cleaner at
the first fill after that.
I screwed up and reserved rooms in the wrong town so I had to call in and cancel them. We drove to Indianapolis and started looking for a Holiday Inn Express. The first one we found only had one room left but she called another down the road and they had 2 rooms so we drove over there.
It was a brand new hotel, we had beautiful room with a big screen TV, about a 43” but pretty grainy since they weren't feeding it HD.
As we were going to dinner a little way from the hotel the shifter came loose, I was able to finally get it back on but I’m not sure how much more it will be able to take. Luckily I was able to pick up the part for it so we have it along if worst comes to worst and we lose all shifting.
