Today we left Banner Elk and headed for Atlanta, Mike took the first leg to give him some mountain road driving, since I had been hogging most of the fun for the last couple days.  Unfortunately there was traffic most of the time so he didn't really get to push it much.

It took us a while to find a hotel we wanted in Atlanta in the books, finally decided on one and called 1-800-holiday,  we took one right at an intersection of 2 major highways, Atlanta is a nightmare with roads all crisscrossing the town and one going around the outside.  Their signing is pretty horrible as well, I missed turns several times yesterday, if you see the road on a sign, you better be under that sign by the time you pass it if you want to make it to that exit.

We went to Rays on the River, http://www.raysontheriver.com/ , It was pretty funny, we walked in with our black SharkTrip shirts and there were a couple waiters that said they thought we were there to take someone away, I guess from a distance the logo looks like a cop.  I had a nice Georgia trout and Miker had a flounder, the food was very good, but not as good as Bob Chinn's or some of the other places I've been.  I think we were the last people that they served this night, the place was very empty by the time we left.
